Got her: Sitting outside the Austin Convention Center at SXSW, talking on her phone

Stalked her: Because we noticed her hair from across the street, and love it even more now that we know she cuts and colors it herself

Shot her: Because that's a lot of jersey for a girl from Chicago

She says: "I just knew I wanted a bright pink something, so I just got a long piece of jersey from a fabric store to style like a scarf."

We say: Maybe we'll find Heather tomorrow, repackaged as a lead singer?

That's funny because my stylist has tried for almost a year now for me to let her give me a "mullet" similar to this chick's. I'm so not there yet.

I like her hair from the front but I just cannot fathom people trying to make the mullet happen. It looks like you are constantly overdue for a trim.

i have that dress, although she's made it seem like a skirt here. must try that sometime. love the hair and matching scarf + lipstick.
