The “unknown chiffon wonderland” in question is Austria. Not that it matters.
And I’m pretty sure the reason Isla’s wearing that eyesore is because the Shopaholic costuming staff told her to. Criticizing her for that would be like knocking America Ferrera for something Ugly Betty wore.
