Ralph Lauren (née Lifshitz) is from the Bronx.
Philip Lim is from Orange County, California.
and Guest at 5.55, you got it. It's "that Trovata Guy" Sam Shipley.
and the town is Crested Butte, Colorado.
No one else found this funny, apparently.
The trivia isn't about Heidi, it's about Sam, who rocks and has cool hair.
