I know there was that article about the new trends in what Russian women are wearing but ummm... this looks Russian to me.

...what would one wear the bag with?
Perhaps leather trousers?
A knitted cap?
It's just another overpriced, easily forgotten about items once the season is over.
They're just trying too hard, in my opinion.

one of my best friends is dreaming about this jacket and literally talks about it every other day. obsesssssed. to the point where I've become mildly obsessed.
we both need it, but at like 80% off.

I love love love this line. But then again it reminds me of the mid '90s when it was all Linda Evangelista Gianni Versace and If Some Is Good More Is Better...
Good times...
Omg, does this mean the '90's are the new '80's?

The purse, maybe a young girl....but the jacket would find plenty of wearers. Plenty of people buy busy equestrian stuff from Hermes, so why not that?
The jacket if worn right could look great.

um couldn't you say that about half the ads in vogue? most of that stuff is unwearable. pretty maybe, but unwearable.

Can Ralph quit it with all the Valentina? It feels like it's been 4 years now!

i think you people at fashionista have a very narrow-minded view on what is fashionable. i think we would all appreciate it if you tried to give fashion news in more of an open-minded way. this collection is much more youthful and unexpected than previous collections for ralph, and i like it.

In the ad it looks fine, but walking down the street, NOT!

To mmr421: I know! Valentina's really gorgeous, but I also like it when Ralph uses Anastassia Khozzisova and Magdalena F., as well. Come on, Ralph, diversify!

I could see Eva Green in it. It's the sort of outlandish thing that she would damn well wear anyway, and probably feel very happy in, while style councils across the world would question her 'eccentric' style.
