This is kind of an ambiguous question...Helena Christiensen co-founded Nylon, but is no longer associated with it according to Wikipedia. I wouldn't consider that having her "own" publication. Carine Roitfeld was a model, but is an editor, not an owner. Sasha seems likely although I can't find anything about it on google. I'm stumped.
