Varda's been around for years. No copyright infringement here. Varda has some awesome shoes though.

The font is a little different, Prada's was designed for them - this seems like something I could pull from Word. Now, if I could see a giant staircase beyond that "Varda" logo, filled with mannequin parts, then I'd be worried.

Varda does make pretty good shoes. No complaint about similarity here, though I never noticed until you mentioned it.
