A.P.C. Sample Sale!

May 14, 2008 @ 9:26am

PC gray dress.jpgA.P.C.'s having their spring overstock sale in Williamsburg this weekend.

You can shop Friday through Sunday, from noon to 7pm daily at:

35 Grand Street, between Wythe St and Kent Ave.

If you have no idea where this is, call them at 347.381.3193 for help.

The clothes and accessories will be up to 70% off, and they're accepting all major credit cards.

Now whether it's acceptable to go to your fifth sale this month alone is another question.

This is the best news I've heard all day. Now I'm patting myself on the back for my decision to take a trip to NYC this weekend.

It's probably just the leftovers from the surplus store. Not like that is bad -- I have found some good stuff there.

I also would imagine it's 70% off the original price and off the already discounted surplus price.

I assume it will be 70% off the normal price.

The surplus store is 60% off the normal price 24/7. Just to let everyone know...

What i MEANT to say is that it's probably not 70% off the surplus store price.

Ugh. I just took my lunch hour to go to the sale! Lots of folks waiting on line outside in the pouring rain to get in. My heart sank. And then I sulked away, feeling a bit grumpy! I'll give it another go tomorrow, perhaps.

I dont see what the big deal w/this sample sal is. If the outpost always has 60% off normally - 70% off just 10% additional - i'd rather pay 10% more than stand in line and shop under crowded conditions. I went few years ago, on the first saturday, huge line and idiots tried to cut up front saying they had "friends who worked there"...it was a hipster doofus'esque club scene - complete w/ bouncer at the front door. sales people were snooty as ever.
