Which super awesome, uber fashionable stylist still owes her poor assistant $2,500 from shoots that took place in 2007? The spreads turned out to be awesome and the assistant’s sworn off fashion - but she still wants her money…

probably someone at NYLON. They don't pay their freelancers for a least 6 months (...if ever)

as an old assistant from elle the commenter above me is way off. we are paid an hourly rate even when we are assisting on a shoot it showed up in my paycheck from them sometimes as overtime. so i doubt its kate and she is way to nice to not pay her assistants.

It's definitely NOT kate. Kate is way to nice and on her game to not pay an assistant.
