it's kate lanphear and her assistant who quit last year. she def doesn't work in fashion anymore.

as an old assistant from elle the commenter above me is way off. we are paid an hourly rate even when we are assisting on a shoot it showed up in my paycheck from them sometimes as overtime. so i doubt its kate and she is way to nice to not pay her assistants.
