Tamara Mellon is the only designer I can think of who was married to a blue blood. Tory Burch's ex might have had money, but he wasn't a blue blood.

Technically, Tamara isn't even a designer. CHoo's niece, Ms. Choi is the designer of the company. Tamara just had the sense to build a business with Choo.
