Um Dior Haute Couture did dresses like this a few seasons ago looked like Donna knocked those off.

Please note, this dress is sold by Nordstrom, but it is not made by them.
As U Wish is not their private label.

Well the diffrence is the "bubble" bottom of the Nordstrom version is dated and screams Jr. Dept. The top is virtrually identical. Both look like something that came from the Mind of Rami Kashou...including the color choices!
