Alison Kelly.jpgWe're not the only ones worried about Elle's massive shake-up this month.


Project Runway's allegedly looking to partner with a new magazine for season six, which, by the way, will officially be taped in Los Angeles.

WWD reports their choice is likely to be Marie Claire which we find strange considering Marie Claire isn't exactly a fashion authority. But it is owned by the same parent company as Lifetime, which can't hurt their chances. The collaboration, however, is likely to do more for the magazine than for the show.

In other Project Runway news, one of our favorite, and arguably most successful, designer alumns, Alison Kelly, is launching a new line for Brooklyn boutique Alter and they're throwing a shopping launch party this Thursday night on Greenpoint's Franklin Avenue.

Christian, meet Alison.

I got a subscription to Marie Claire as a gift and at first I was like...wtf, not really the best fashion mag out there...but I honestly enjoy reading it and looking at all the editorials. Recently there has been some great stuff!

i think vogue is at the top top, then marie claire, elle, harpers, then cosmo would be at the bottom

1st, I'm sooo disappointed with all thats going on with PR... for God's sake why not just call it something else. I have a feeling the ratings will go bellow down.

2nd. I love Allyson, she was soooo sweet and gorgeous, I wanted to be her friend, but not any friend, best friends forever. and we would like hang out and talk... anyway, I also think she was one of the most talented that season and cried when I saw her go. Shes got talent! And she sees the world and fashion in such a nice way
