I always thought that was point. Serena seems like she would be lazy about her style.
I think they try to make Serena’s style seem relaxed and carefree like her character, but usually it comes off looking lazy.
i heard there was a shot of them wearing all white, so they were supposed to be at Diddy’s infamous ‘white party’
her style is a little lame. especially when seen next to blair. shes supposed to look effortlessly cool, but somehow is not able to pull it off any look…
HeatherChandler: I called her stylist lazy, not her style. I say that because they constantly put her in brands like Vena Cava, but it often seems like they are choosing the pieces for the label and not for the piece or the fit.
Serena’s style is supposed to be effortless — there is a big difference between that and a lazy stylist.
This piece in particular is super tryhard (the opposite of lazy) and the fit is so wrong.
All style aside,(though in this picture, Blair totally outshines Serena!)I’m just super excited for the show to start airing again! Can’t wait…

They filmed this in Roslyn, NY, which is in Nassau County. They’re apparently back on Tuesday…
