The facts:
1. It’s Friday.
2. It’s going to be 90+ degrees this weekend.
3. Some of us have a stimulus check burning a hole in our totes, and we desperately want to give the economy a little boost.
So here’s another fact of convenience to tie that all together for you: the amazing Net-a-Porter sale of Spring 08 is still going strong, and now even has newer reductions in case you were holding out to see if the Marc by Marc stuff would go down to 50% off (it did).
Our pick, if we hadn’t already shopped our little hearts out last week? The 3.1 Phillip Lim dress, at left. It’s $486 (down from $695), which is still a lot of money, but we haven’t seen it anywhere, and Net-a-Porter has exclusive selling rights.
PS The dress is still available in every size but 10, so it might be worth it to hang on another week…

i'd love to find a way to explain to my mother how it's a good deal even though it's still five hundred dollars. SHE JUST DOESN'T UNDERSTAND!!
