Streetwalker: Black and White Cookie

Jun 24, 2008 @ 3:00pm

Got Her: Outside Fashionista favorite, The NoHo Star.

Stalked Her: Because her black-patent sandals are a refreshing alternative amidst a sea of gladiators (not that we don't love them, too) and because the thick black zipper running the length of her spine caught our eye but didn't scream asylum.

Shot Her: Because the more we looked at her shoes, the more their shape reminded us of Carrie Bradshaw's now infamous Diors - but a million times more wearable.

She Says: "Can I see the picture? Wait, I'm not going to be one of those 'Don'ts' with the black bar across my eyes - am I?"

We Say: Definitely not!

ditto sarahnicole - i really just can't identify with the stream of absurdly dressed people in the streetwalker section. this however looks great, takes advantage of some trends, but doesn't make her look like she just stepped off a crazy catwalk.

Nice sandals, but aren't they a take on the gladiators, sort of?

I love the sandals and I like the outfit, though I'm not sure the dress is fitting properly/ironed.

guest @ 10:36, I understand that, that's why I said I wanted to see it. If that's what made Chloe pick her out of the crowd, why not snap a picture of it. I'm intrigued.

That's all..

The sandals are totally sleek. I love the loose style of the dress with the tiny black belt. I'd wear this in a second--she looks amazing!

The balance is great. I like black and white in the summer. I love this look - could wear it from early morning till late evening. Loose long hair is a good compliment.
