paint drip rip.jpgOops. We put some time and effort into a Sergio Rossi DIY a couple of months ago.
They didn’t look perfect, but they were still fun and definitely had more character than these.
The paint drip started popping up in places both vintage and new, but Steve Madden got so distracted by Carrie Bradshaw’s shoes, he forgot to copy one of the coolest summer trends.
Which gave GoJane time to make what they call the “Stripe Colorblock Heel”. The drip is almost exactly the same. The problem is the high cut toe, the chunky-too-short heel, and the plastic looking sheen.
And for $18.99? We dare you to wear them more than once.

gojane is a goldmine of adventure in copyright posts.
and cheap heels scare me.

I bought gojane heels once, the heels actually twisted the first time I wore them and when i put the shoes flat after taking them off, they fall over. I put them on a second time and nearly fell trying to walk (my boyfriend told me I looked like a duck in stilettos, how sexy is that look?) $18 plus shipping and damage to your feet is not worth it!

really though, when wearing such a blatant knockoff at least let it be the cute DIY ones! that way you can say that you love fashion and wanted to “imitate” it, not you wanted to kill your feet and waste perfectly good shopping money!

I’m sorry but I think that even the go jane ones look better than the ones you guys made….

Fashionista…these Sergio heels are ugly. Your DIY was ugly. And these GoJane shoes are ugly. Please stop talking about these paint drip shoes!!

now THAT is a blatant ripoff!! :)

there’s snarky/funny and then there’s b*tchy and this post is not the former. can you cool the holier than thou attitude?

the sergio one looks a hundred times better.

Seriously, why do these cheap companies always design ugly toes and never fail on creating hideous heels? Do they not know that they would make so many more sales if they at least tried to make their shoes cuter? Who wants chunky short heels? Hello! It’s not the eighties!

Even the originals look kitschy and trend-whoring. And I know that I’d wear this style only once or twice (if at all) before tiring of them anyway, so in this case it makes sense to spend 20 bucks instead of hundreds of dollars, non?

I’m not to crazy about either pair but the originals looks 100x better than the knockoffs. The shape is the worst thing about the knockoffs, they just scream “cheap”
