as if - it's a bong, not a crack pipe. Kate got dumped not because she was doing cocaine, but because it was a huge scandal and it was an image they didn't want to be aligned with. It was only a huge scandal, because she is a supermodel and cocaine is generally perceived to be a hard drug (although it's an extremely common social drug).

Rosie is relatively unknown outside the modeling world, and was caught with a pipe in her hands. she doesn't even look high.

not to mention that photo was taken a while ago. it isn't a current scandal, and rosie is only 21, that's what youngsters do. kate is a mother. end of story. give the girl a break.
