Karl Loves the Movies

lagerfeld confidential.jpgWhile everybody else tries to get in on the next reality TV show, Karl's sticking with reality movies.

WWD reports that Karl's set to be the subject of a 53-minute documentary to air on France 5 in October, exactly one year after the US debut of Lagerfeld Confidential, including the usual stuff of documentaries - lengthy one-on-one interviews, shots of the Kaiser rolling up to important events, clips of him at fittings, etc.

Hopefully France 5 will air the episode in the first few days of October. Then everybody partied out at the end of Paris Fashion Week can have something to go with all those leftover mini-Champagne bottles.

For some reason I really don't like Karl Lagerfeld. I think there's something about designers turned photographers that I just dispise. The same with Patrick Demarchelier. I cant believe that Agness Deyn is now singing. Why can't they be happy with what they've got without trying to be a multi-faceted superstar?
