Oak is precisely five blocks from our office. We have to muster up all our self will not to stop in every day and buy up the whole store. Their clothes are always cute, always interesting, and most sadly, almost always out of our price range.

So you can imagine our delight when we walked in the other day (you can’t be strong every minute) and a kind sales lady informed us that everything in the store was half off. You wouldn’t know it from the outside - no sale signs, no slashed little price tags, nothing. Apparently, it’s more like a game of pass it on.

And even better, for those of you not in the area? The sale applies to the site, too. Again, no indication of a sale, but you see that everything’s marked down when you click on the actual items.

So seriously, shop. But pass it on.
