georgina chapman definately did. i've been obsessed with her outfit ever since i saw it on style.com when she attended the "My Blueberry Nights" premiere. She must have one of the most amazing wardrobes, and this Chanel jacket is simply divine.

you can tell becca just means it more...though georgina looks pretty, of course, and i do like her very much in general

definitely georgina-her outfit is impeccable. i also saw a tiny picture of natalia v. wearing the same jacket in the vogue spring issue. did anyone else see it?

Georgina, without a shadow of a doubt. It's all about ambivalence and being loose. Becca's look tries too hard.

Georgina. But, unlike the other comments, I think it's close. BCT (who is she... socialite?) actually manages to make a shrug look decent. And I like her outfit. But the jacket is better on Georgina.
That jacket costs $8000. Trust me, I tried it on.
