What kind of interns are you looking for? I'm assuming more journalistic types, but I'm a photo major that's good with editing, research, and grunt work (scanning, cropping, formatting, photoshopping, etc.). Could you use me?

Dear Fashioista,

I have a different problem- I live in Manhattan, am obsessed with fashion and design, but I went to school with Steven Meisel and Richard Sohl (R.I.P. Richard). Read: am I too old to be your intern? I am starting a second career at FIT, does that count for something?

XO,
fashionursta

it says: you must be punctual, fashionable and able to tell sasha & gemma apart.

email work@fashionista.com with a brief cover letter, resume and availability.

thanks.

@ Fashionursta: age shouldn't really matter. It seems like you have most of the criteria they're looking for (you also write some good comments). Why don't you just shoot them a resume and see what happens? Good Luck!
