Streetwalker: Pattern Making

Stalked her: Because amidst a sea of white and black frocks, her patterned dress really stood out.

Shot her: Because at first we couldn’t figure out if she was sporting a shirt tucked into a skirt or a simple dress - but we loved the pattern, shape and the way it blouses on top and then tapers at the hips and thighs - flattering and comfortable is always a good look.

She says: Thats so funny, I work with Faran at NYLON!

We say: We love a fashion coincidence.

I think she looks really cute, but I have to disagree with your assertion that this type of dress is flattering. I can see it looking pretty awful on someone who has a little more going on in the hip department.

This is a great dress, especially with her body type. I found some really neat frocks like this one at shopgoldyn.com that are perfect for summer. This website has a great selection .. of everything!

Perfectly sweet, she picked a soft print with high contrast making it edgey yet soft, GREAT CHOICE. The shape of the dress is very leg flattering and, the accessories are simple, just right for this casual outfit.

I love it, I’d wear it.

P.S.
Her hair is just like her ensemble…Wispy and romantic, yet fun!
