Louis to Nordstrom

nordstrom ad.jpgHere’s the most surprising news of the day:

Louis Vuitton and our mom’s favorite department store, Nordstrom, are partnering in the Michigan Avenue (that’s Chicago) location.

They’re opening up a 2,000 square foot in-store boutique, which they haven’t done since they partnered with Bloomingdale’s thirteen years ago.

So will we see more Louis swinging from the arms of mall babes?

We couldn’t really say, because for criminal reasons unknown, Manhattan doesn’t actually have a Nordstrom.

And by the way, could we get one? We love Brass Plum!

The louis v store had better be really cool, they've had a curtain around the space for almost 3 months or so now, i think.
btw brass plum *blows* lately. everything's really cheap looking, but way overpriced...

Oh, Nordstroms. LV is only another added distraction from the LOUD piano display where everyone's grandparents are parked while the rest shop elsewhere. ha! I live in Chicago and will be interested in how the free standing LV store will fare with the new in store addition.
