Leighton hands down.
Does anyone know who Vanessa Hudgens was wearing?? Im not one for tween stars but I like this dress. Pic link below.

Hmm, I like Leighton's, but it's almost too much with her hair styled like that. Rachel's short length and the cute color are a fresh take, I think.

leigton! can soemone please tell me why rachel has a clothign line? she's in the new in style and she's promoting some yellow dress that totally is a rip off of some green dress she wore earlier this year. she basically copies what everyone else is wearing. if her line does well, i will be so dissapointed in the fashion choices tweenagers make! blake is hot, if only her her face wasnt so busted!

i really wish blake would add a few inches to skirts and dresses now and then. i'm a teen, i'm all for showing for gams, i'm not a prude but i think a lot of the cute things she wear get ruined because i'm constantly thinking she needs to pull her dress down or something!

I don't know if she's "wearing grecian" the best but I think Blake looks the best of those three. I think the green dress on Leighton looks a little overwhelming. And seriously, Blake's legs? Amazing.
And if Rbils's dress had another strap, it would look like something I wore on Easter sunday when I was 5. Same size too probably.

I think Rachel B...i love the color and the length and fit, followed by Leighton of course. Blake's is a little ill-fitted in the waist area in my opinion.

I'm going to have to go with Miss Bilson: Blake's shoes seem like an odd choice for that frock and Leighton's dress, while a lovely colour, seems to overwhelm her a bit. Rachel's dress fits well, is in an unexpected yet flattering shade, and her shoes are great.

I am going to have to go with Blake. I love that she makes the Grecian new and refreshing with the jewel tones. I think the length is very appropriate for the Teen Choice awards and the style doesnt look overdone.
Leighton looks like she is trying to grow up to fast and that cut isn't the most flattering.
Rachel is a sorta close second just because of the color but I think the bubble hem is exhausted.

I think blake looks the best from all three! And yeah the dress could have been a bit more loose at the bottom so there wouldn't be any tightness, but rachel's dress doesn't quite fit her body or maybe it's just the material and leighton's is too big on the top, it looks to curtain like.
ps rachel has the shoes out the the three even if they don't match the dress well :)

short, tight, and bright? come on blake we know you must know better. we get it. you're blonde and leggy. leighton's dress is gorgeous, and i always love her outfits, but its not fun enough for the event, and her shoes were too heavy for the already intense dress. all in all, i like rachel's dress but the shoes are also bad, and honestly, i don't think it's that flattering on her skin tone. i can't pick a winner, i was disappointed in all of them. if we're picking from gossip girls though, why wasn't vanessa up here? she looked gorgeous
