"To Brown, 24, who works at Esquire magazine in New York, the colorful strips are an important accessory, and he's careful to coordinate them with his Kris Van Assche sweater or his Balenciaga bag. He generally wears one on his left hand or arm and balances it out with two or three on his right leg." - on the use of band-aids as a fashion accessory, in the International Herald Tribune.

this is the part of fashion that offends me.what a waste.nice band-aids are fine if you have a WOUND! form and function or frivolous fashion? well I guess the 2 can meet when there's purpose but wasting plastic(oil/landfills) to match your cosby sweater, gimme a break! and Elastoplast should be the ones doing this since they actually use fabric.

printed silk bandages? yum...if you have a booboo.

Hahaha like Bai Ling does-she scribbles things on bandaids and wears one on each shin. Shes by no means a fashion icon, shes kid of insane, but that makes it hilarious!

I guess guys need a way to accessorize since they can't really get away with crazy loud jewelry. Still seems very jr. high to me, though.
