Gwyneth Tells Us How to be Good GOOP

The Daily reports that Gwyneth Paltrow has started her own lifestyle website, GOOP, as an outlet for all the many tips Hollywood’s golden girl thinks we should get from her.

The site is still in the infant stage, but she already has her categories up: Make, Go, Get, Do, Be and See, with “Get” characterized by a top on a clothes hanger.

So does this mean Gwyneth’s planning to be like the Miss Manners of fashion? We could totally see her blogging about her mom uniform, but it’ll be funny to see how she negotiates those price tags -

top 3 people I'd rather see at the helm of such a site: (1) a roitfeld (for obvious reasons); (2) kirsten dunst (she seems like an actress that wouldn't just shill for corporate sponsors and come off as totally soul-less); (3) bee shaffer (to satisfy my curiosity of uptown girls)

She has officially gone from annoying to insuffeable. Love the concept but it should be from a less "Gwyneth-approved" angle. She just comes off as so condescending, it's offensive.

Yes she is currently oversaturated in the media, but she was gone for a while and well she has every right to media whore it out! I'm going to give Goop a chance, although I do agree with some commenters I would like to see a celeb with a site that has no current brand affliliation...."agenda"?

where does all of this gwyneth hate come from? I love the way she dresses, and if anyone's seen the preview of her and mario batali's cooking show she seems fun and more importantly down to earth

I love her!

I will be wearing 'option 3'...a much cheaper version...but 'option 3', nonetheless.
