Who: Hermes, yes.
What: A sample sale – we doubt there’ll be samples, but we bet there’ll be tons of belts, scarves, shoes, ties and bags, and maybe some actual clothes if you get there on the first day.
Where: Metropolitan Pavilion, 123 West 18th Street, between Sixth and Seventh, 4th floor.
When: Wed (tomorrow!), 10am – 6pm; Thurs, 10am – 8pm; Fri, 10am – 6pm; Sat, 10am – 6pm, Sun, 10am – 6pm.

I’ve been to the Hermes sample sale a few times..never at the very beginning but in the middle of the sale…always end up lining up for 45-50 minutes, never much to buy (alot of home accessories, ties & scarves, clothing)..definitely NO belts.
and every year I hear the same story of the first few people who make it through the fracas pick up a (birkin, kelly or lindy)….hah
The only bags I ever see are the Garden party totes (those canvas things) and the herbags..
