POW=prisoner of war, which is a really scary thing...must be one tough designer. Can we please have the answer to this one?

Guest #22 - WT--? the question doesn't need to imply a difference - POWs, by definition, are not remotely the same as refugees.
POWs are members of military who are captured during the course of legal warfare and held by the enemy.
A refugee is a civilian who has been displaced due to warfare, but is not being held against their will.
Discussion of POWs should not conjure up images of refugees. They are completely different.
