You Must: Know Photoshop, HTML, Flash, Illustrator and InDesign, and be generally creative and crafty.
You Must: Be available 2 – 3 days a week to update their website and portfolio books, e-mail promos, and help come up with “AMAZING” design concepts and plans to implement them.
