eww I can't stand the best dressed list every week. the only best dressed people on here are the models and occasionally cool celebrities- I mean seriously, how on earth are some of those on there?!?!?!?!

Queen Rania is standing right in front of Pablo Picasso's Guernica at the Reina Sofia museum. There's a social commentary in there, but I'm not sure on what.

I know Anouck Lepere thinks she's being ultra cool and edgy by mixing 3 ridiculously patterned pieces together and calling it an outfit, but that has got to be one of the most unbelievably heinous looks I have ever seen.
