Givenchy designed Audrey's. They were good friends.

Definitely Pauline Trigère. I'm taking a class at Parsons with Lucie Porges who designed alongside Trigère and she confirmed they worked on the clothing for Patricia Neal. Any of you who go to Parsons should try to take a class with her. She's very inspiring! I thought Edith Head was just the stylist for Breakfast at Tiffany's?

Givenchy did Audrey's cothes - they were already a package deal by that point, and Trigère did Neal's. It's in the credits. Edith Head had it in her contract with Paramount to be credited as costume supervisor on just about every film they released.
