The First Stylista Spoiler

A clue as to who wins Stylist (and no, we really can’t drum up the words for the guy who hyperventilated like he was a hostage last night).

But since we know what crabby pants people can be over spoilers, it’s hidden after the jump!

From an ELLE staffer:

“The person who wins is definitely a girl, though I’m not sure which one. But I hear that the judges really actually like her, and that she absolutely will work in the same office as us, but who really knows. She hasn’t actually started the job yet.”

Our guess goes to either Meghan (who owns Addict) or Johanna (who sounds smart).

But whatever. We can’t believe we’re seriously watching this thing.

Since there are a lot of readers that work in the fashion industry, I have a question for you:

Are people who work in the fashion industry like Megan? Ruthless, immature, condescending, pathetic, disrespectiful bitches?

Please say it aint so.

I simply can't comprehend how this girl was raised.

holy crap i used to read Johanna's blog a year ago and she disappeared!!!!

i haven't watched the show, but i remember her blog being hilarious and hope she wins!

#4 reality TV is a pastiche of real life. I doubt the majority of the contestants are like this in actuality. I am sure everything is over dramatized through editing and what the producers tell the contestants.

In general, most people in the industry are super nice and just love fashion. These people, however, are a little socially retarded, or maybe just dumb, considering they need to rely on a contest to get a job at Elle. Notice how Jason said "That'd be I" last night to Anne? These people are not the sharpest tool s in the shed.

There is definitely competition w/in the industry, but people who are petulant and disrespectful are not hired or if they are, fired quickly.

I guess I should have realized reality television brings out the worst in people, or the worst people are put together just to create drama. /:

As much I think Kate is inexperienced, they treat the poor girl like a lowly dog.

I was really annoyed with how they did the scenes from next week - they showed the two losing teams, so we now know which team wins next week!

we met the final 4 at the shoot for the 2nd to last episode...where they were styling/discovering an emerging designer..we were part of the "choices".Johanna has it in the bag.Meghan is a total bitch!

Totally agree #10. Who in fashion doesn't know these pretty basic terms (except for them)?

This week it looked like Ms. Slowey was doing a bad Madonna imitation. What's with the faux, Mid-west/ British accent?

I noticed that she wasn't shown walking much this week!

I love how they're painting Ann to be a Dragon Lady when she's a pussycat IRL. We met during NYFW SS09 and she was a joy. She's no Anna Wintour and I don't see why they can't use her how she normally is.

Does terror equal entertainment?

The judges love Megan's style but also Ashlie's. I think Ashlie will win.

Kate is tragic. Dropping out of law school and ending up on reality tv is pretty freakin' lame.

hello lady you need to stop cussing and making rude comments about these people because they have feelings to and for you to say that they rely on that show to be in a job at the fashion industry then you can go jump in a lake....LOSER! and if you meagen jason or kate are reading this or if you read her comments than you have to just ignore that kind of stuff because she probobly dosn't know what fashion means!I loved the way you all made that effort to something you really have a passion for.I loved the show .My name is Malorie Johnson and i am 10 years old in heidelberg germany adn you always try to hat you love to do and kate i love the way you dress (please reply kate! you are my favorite!)
