From the Far(fetch) Side

farfetch.JPGLet us introduce you to your newest obsession: Farfetch.com.

Think of it as Net-a-Porter’s cooler, European cousin. The online store stocks items from around the world, culled from the best, most loved fashion boutiques in cities like Paris, Milan and Florence. It hosts an eclectic mix of designers from Balenciaga to Cheap Monday, with lots of stuff in the middle like Erotokritos, MM6, and Louise Goldin. There’s even some lines we’ve never even heard of but now decidedly love.

Admittedly, some of the prices are high, but shipping is free for purchases over $175, so it could be worse. Plus isn’t it worth it to be able to say, “oh, this thing? I just picked it up at a boutique in Copenhagen” ?
