Katie Holmes to Miu Miu?!

Katie Holmes may be the Spring 09 face of Miu Miu, upsetting previous rumors of an all-model cast for the always-anticipated campaign.

The rumor purports that Katie will be surrounded by other models, who will undoubtedly be paid about a quarter of Mrs. Cruise’s salary, maybe even combined.

But honestly, this is so bazaar (when we think of Katie we still think of American Eagle) it might be ones of those things we don’t believe until we see. Stay tuned.

OMG, Katie holmes is SO NOT a fashion icon. Or even that fashionable without a stylist. Michelle Williams or even Zooey Deschanel would be better

gross. katie holmes is going through some serious postpartum depression, or tom has that girl looking a straight MESS. she used to be absolutely beautiful, no she walks out of the house with hair and makeup like a crack head. poor girl. i guess miu miu is pulling a vogue.

The Imagist said that Miu Miu was going back to models. And maybe it's the models surrounding her he is talking about. But I got the feeling it was just models. Who knows.

guest #1, no. i'm pretty sure natalie meant to write "bazaar" as a clever pun. you actually read the post, right? or were you just skimming for spelling errors?

subtlety is a gift. well done, natalie. always been a fan of katie holmes, but i agree. more american eagle. less spring 09 face of miu miu.

I guess Natalie mean that the idea of Katie surrounded by models is very HARPERS BAZAAR , they do a lot of those kind of shots.

As for Katie she's cute and all but she's so boring and I don't like her style is so not her age.

I really can't figure out what she has been doing lately. She had a moment there where she was looking great, hitting the Paris shows with Karl & Posh, and now she's into the frumpy jeans, hideous sweater, CUT-OFF rolled shorts in winter with tights?!?!? phase that is absolutely abominable. Make it stop. No Miu Miu campaign!
