Cintia Dicker, Everyone’s Favorite Mascot

cintia dicker for sephora holiday 08.jpgFact: We love Cintia Dicker.

Fact: We love that she landed the Sephora holiday campaign, even if we’ve just realized it now.

Fact: We do not love that they’ve airbrushed her freckles off of her face. It’s like erasing Cindy’s mole or virtually eliminating Lara’s curves.

Fact: We know they’re trying to sell make-up, but there is such a thing as too much green eyeshadow and Sephora might’ve reached that point. Does this really make you want to go on a cosmetics spree?

Fact: She still looks gorgeous.

Did they also do something to her nose? It looks different to me.

if the sephora photoshoppers are going to erase everything distinctive about her face, they might as well use CGI models and stop wasting all the real humans' time.

why pick a model known for her freckles if they're going to erase them?!

sephora always photoshops too much and it doesn't make them look better either.

do you have freckles? i don't and i think they are gorgeous. however, everyone i ever met that had freckles hated them and wanted to hide them. cintia hopefully loves her freckles, but i guess sephora worries over those befreckled people's insecurities. i swear i would kill to have freckles and curly big poof hair.
