#7--not true! hey aren't enforced when the couple is married, as in "go sleep with your husband, you're two lays behind and it's the 28th!" but when the couple is divorcing, it is definitely enforced as a breach of contract. p.s. i am not a lawyer, but my parents know lots of gross rich guys with gold-digging young wives (no offense to Georgina, who seems to quite like Harvey in her way).

haha #8-you're actually right. Having just taken the NY bar in July, I can assure you that lack of sex/no sex at all is considered constructive abandonment and is 100% grounds for a divorce in the state of NY.

Im in my early 50s and I have sex w my husband 3 times a week. Hes in mid 50s. Just cuz we want to. What's with all these no sex people? Too much work.
