Zara To Bryant Park

zara bryant park opening.jpgReminder: The new Zara store opens on 5th Avenue at 42nd Street today!

This is good news because:

1. We love Zara and this one’s gigantic - actually it’s the biggest one in the city.

2. A stable diet of sophisticated Zara and beloved vintage will see you through the worst of times, fashion times at least.

3. It’s right on Bryant Park. Which means that if you fall and trip and rip your skirt walking into the tents - does that only happen to us? - you only have to make it to the other side of the park and across the street to snap up a brand new navy wool mini.

So jump for joy, or do whatever it is you do when you get really excited, and we’ll see you there in February.

hey ms guest, Zara is such a beautiful place to go! At least here in Europe. Nothing looks as cheap as clothes and sores of H&M but everything is JUST AS LOW-PRICED.
Don't panic New Yorkers! Zara doesn't sell ugly garments, which means they never run out of beautiful, awesome things. I

Actually Raphael, sometimes in America (outside of NYC and LA) we really get the cast offs from stores such as Zara and H&M. The selections not so hot. I think the Zara stores are much better in Europe than they are in the US. But what's worse is that all the clothing is itty bitty, teeny tiny. I feel like ogre when I go into that store.

Sooo...am I the only one that finds that while Zara clothes look gorgeous, they fall apart if you look at them funny?

i think (from what ive heard at least) is that the zara stores are better outside of the US than inside. i lived in asia for 4 years and the zaras in bangkok were really nice and the clothes last a long time (i still have all of mine in perfect condition even though i wear them alot) but all i hear about the US stores is that they fall apart easily and are too small..its not very fair is it? is there a reason why do they do that or are the ones in the US actually decent?
