Yesterday, Michelle Obama surprised everyone by stepping out for the inauguration in a yellow Isabel Toledo dress and coat.
And last night, history was made from it: Simon Doonan, a personal friend of Isabel’s, got so excited he tore down the normal Barneys windows on Madison and put up celebratory Isabel Toledo window installations instead.
Never before has Barneys done this, but most of all, we’re dying to see what Simon came up with on the fly.
