i'm fifteen, i looked at her clothes online, they were horrible, she had this awful writing on her "could-be cute dresses" and everything else was incredibly tacky!

Funnily enough, I just saw a Kira Plastinina jacket in the Jan Lucky mag - i've never seen any of her products used in editorial before, and guess I won't again! Jacket looked so cheap by the way!

I'm sorry for her but that is so lol for tyra. Does anyone remeber on cycle 11 (I think) when they modelled for her and one of the girls was like "wow I'm just so inspired by this 15 year old designer". I was yelling at the tv like "she's a russian! don't be sorry! she's just a rich kid who wanted to play clothing line!!!" though of course I would so have done the same thing in her position...

While it is sad that people will be losing their jobs, the clothes were horrible. They played into everything the defined the overpending, tacky go-go years that left us in this mess: the cheap quality, the celebrity worship and (more importantly, for them anyways) the belief that credit would sustain their 1000 US stores that were based on little enthusiasm by the public. It doesn't surprise me at all that she is a nouveau riche Russian girl.

Good riddance.

She is young and too much too fast but if she slows down and focuses on a great line then she could do very well
