tomei. easily.i dont think it needs a belt.. as belts are used to define a waist.. with a dress like this, where the waist is so obviously prominent a belt would only serve to provide depth and texture to the look but take away from the architecture of the dress itself. i like the fact that on marisa's look the dress seems to cut at about mid ankle which looks a bit better, but that might be the angle of the photo

Marisa Tomei, but only because she's wearing it in the better color. It's not a flattering dress. And it needs a belt.
