Does anyone know why Kotur sometimes leaves out the name of the designer that they're wearing..?
Is it because she has no idea and can't be bothered asking because that would be beneath her.. I hope so, because when I'm a high flying fashion editor I certainly won't want to be asking interns stuff like that

Hate the skirt, looks like its from topshop last season.
