iPhone Notes on Abaete
By Natalie Hormilla Saturday, Feb 14, 2009 / 10:22 AM
-Strings music, fancy
- Very slow pace
- This kind of feels like the chase scene in an indie movie, quiet but dramatic
- Elegant
- I wonder where Abaete is sold
- The braided hair makes it feel especially timeless
- Everything looks like it was made for Keira Knightley
- Ooh, Kinee Diouf closed – amazing!

So pretty!!! i’ve always love Abaete
So pretty!!! i’ve always loved Abaete
in love with that second pic!
so non fashion. Where is the effort? where’s the inspiration? This is ok stuff, but by no means trudging therough gale force wind and freezing cold to see clothes that are not much more than senior class design school projects. That I fear is the case with many collections on the roster. When you look , one criteria should be, would I spend my last dime on this or would I save it for a meal and a subway ticket home? If the answer is no, then don’t be so quick to say,” Oh, I just love it, it’s fabulosity”. just a tiny bit of discernment and a critical eye can serve you throughout life, not just in a tent…..

For me this looks like a very good show, everything looks very clean, polished and organized, the styling is superb very chic, love the gloves in, hand nice touch; the venue look very nice and so are the clothes which also look very well made, Kudos to Abaeté.
i’m not sure about the clothes- they don’t do much for me, really.those boots with the chains on the back i am completely in love with though.
