Speaking of Miniskirts, at what age does it become acceptable to be seen in them. I am 36 but look 10 years younger, am skinny, and have relatively decent shaped legs with no cellulite. Am i too old?

If you feel great in them just do it. Screw whatanybody else thinks about it. You may get some looks but if you really want to wear them who acually cares ? Its your body, your choice :P

I have skirt #3 in navy blue, and when I went to put it on for the first time, I noticed a rip in the hem. I wore it for barely over an hour when the ENTIRE side seam proceeded to split, and the fabric along both sides unravel. I brought the skirt to an American Apparel store, where they refused to let me exchange it for a new one, saying it was my fault that the skirt had ripped, when clearly it was poorly made and/or defective. With that said, I just sewed some grosgrain ribbon up the sides to cover up the rips, and I love the skirt. It is very cute and fun to layer with, though it does tend to ride up. I also love 2,5, 7, 10, and 11. Great post!!

1, 3, 8 have the most potential to stay "in" well beyond their time. But, then again, they're the most conservative and plain. Some of the others will become outdated a little too quickly despite being a little more jazzy.

omg adventures in copyright, a famous designer once made a mini-skirt, these are all COPYING THAT DESIGNER!!

i get so FRUSTRATED when these stupid pawns copy high-end designer wear. any clothing that is under 500 dollars IS NOT CLOTHING. IT IS ALL A SHAM.

let the poor wear rags! oh yea, and the middle class too!

shows how dense a lot of the commenters are on this site. this post is only showing cute mini skirt comparisons, it is nowhere close to an adventures in copyright. nice try to belittle the writers of this blog you so passionately comment on guest 15/16.

15-If you don't like looking at pictures of clothes, why are you here? Does someone have you chained to a chair in front of a computer that only displays fashionista? If so, stop using your only line of communication for bitching and let us call 911 for you!

Also, I own number 5. It looks absolutely beautiful on anyone who's tried it on.

18- yes, someone does have me chained to a chair in front of a computer that only displays fashionista. don't bother calling 911, reading posts by these snobs will kill me soon enough. but what you COULD do is to get someone to feed my dog, or better yet, find a new home for him. thanks!

actually just kidding, i actually like fashionista. i guess i was doing that as an impersonation of one of the usual detractors. but it is interesting to see the negative reaction to that reaction.

in reality, i'm a conceptual artist doing basic preliminary research for a piece on blog psychology. sorry to have bothered anyone!
