Punxsutawney may have predicted six more weeks of winter, but thankfully, we’re too busy distracted with promises of more Wintour.
Production company Roadside Attractions won the North American rights to the movie everybody’s dying to see, The September Issue, which means the documentary will definitely hit regular movie screens sometime this year.
In fact, the company is planning a September debut as well as a future home video release. No word yet on when the flick will hit A&E, but something tells us that future September date will coincide with Labor Day weekend to add a little extra buzz to Spring 2010.
Can’t wait.

I am literally dying to see this. Can you believe that Anna Wintour is being so great about the whole thing?! I never thought she’d allow it.

Oh, good pun.
This is good to know. I wonder how much distribution it’ll get?
That’s such a perfect poster, too.
I’m also surprised about how chill Anna seems to be about this.
That poster is perfect. When they asked Anna what she thought of the Devil Wears Prada, she said she was all for anything that promotes fashion. Maybe she’s doing this film with the same mindset.
They better release this soon before guest 2 literally dies.
