dude, i love that she did black, but i cant say much for the pinks- yes i think those are a bit much. i do however LOVE the bunny masks as headbands/pieces, very japanese. plus im all about headpieces anyway.

because all of the wearable pieces were in the first sequence, none of which you showed here. and the masks were runway props made by her fiance. not saying i disagree with you, just that you're doing a disservice to your readers by only showing what supports your point.

Wow after reading your blurb before seeing the pics I was expecting something really outrageously crazy, but they are totally wearable and cute. Plus, there is always some crazy socialite who after failing to re-live her childhood fashion dreams through her tomboy daughter will fall in love with bow infused dresses

I don't find this collection all that hideous...and I think it will appeal to her already established customer base.
It seems like she played it 'safe'; not straying too far from the ethereal fare that she's known for.
While it's certainly not offensive, it's just not very groundbreaking.(IMO)

Wow, did all of Erin PR firm people get on the blog and start writing away?? SO much support. She is probably one of the most heinous people and someone so fake deserves not even the slightest of accolades. Just ask the models that receive the shittiest trade from her, the people she deems important to use one moment and then throw away the next and anyone that has had interactions with her that unanimously tell tales of her rudeness. She's gross and so is her coke-fiend husband.

I love her designs and would buy all of them if i could, the crazier the better. And i beleive that every once in a while, "wearable" needs to be stretched, just a little bit.

I thought her collection was quite wearable! I can see these pieces being used by any stylist individual. Now are they for the mass market? Probably not, but she's not designing for a target or Kohl's she is presenting her perspective, and innovation to others. Great collection Erin...it is appreciated:)

When Erin's collection was finally uploaded online, it was my favorite up to that point.

In accordance with what another reader had cited, there were many pieces not shown here that I'd wear in a heartbeat.

To those interested, check out the full collection:

Great coats, some very wearable little dresses (of a non-frou-frou variety), and I'm smitted with the tights paired with the lookds.

I can't comment on her as a person, I've never met her. But, I think if more of us knew more about the people behind many of the products we support as consumers, it'd change a lot. Unfortunately, no way of knowing at this point. Someone should start a website like consumer reports but dedicated to reviewing the people behind the brands.

Zac Posen wasn't the inventor of the peter pan collar and the same can be said of Miu Miu and this silhouette. Ridiculous. At least cite an older label....which would be irrelevant anyway because basically all anyone ever does is take inspiration from and reinvent the tried and true.

sounds like a lovely designer with even lovelier clothes. Since when has psychoanalysis become part of this blog. If you lined up all the fake, mean, disingenuous ,hateful, narcissistic, rude, drug and alcohol addicted ,posing non-talented designers in a chelsea loft and screamed," Ready ,aim fire", Fashion week would become a very pleasant and enjoyable romp with a few memorable collections worth seeing.

Well, although considering the character and background of the designer is important, as a person who actually thinks up clothes, she doesn't seem all that bad. I find some of her stuff cute. And there are definitely going to be people buying this stuff, otherwise, she'd be outta the business by now.
