She looks great but there is something stupid about this editorial – like they are deliberately pushing buttons and trying to start a controversy. Theres a reason that we haven’t seen this before, and its not because Roitfeld and Demarchelier are so original and edgy. If that cigarette wasn’t involved, it would be quirky and cute and relevant – perfectly capturing the ambiguities of contemporary motherhood. But that cigarette just made it tacky and trying way too hard!

how strange… the clothes are so clearly not the focus of this editorial, and the clothes she does use are nothing to excited about. I do like look 8 however.

I have to agree with guest number 4 there is a thin line between edgy and just plane craziness what person would think smoking with a new born is “Cute” no its pathetic! LOVE LILY THOUGH ITS NOT HER FAULT!!!

I like it. I honestly don’t see what the big deal is about picture 1. Obviously, women shouldn’t smoke while pregnant (if at all). Like guest 7 said, the whole editorial is whimsical and tongue in cheek.

It doesn’t sound like people have a problem with the cigarette cause “smoking is bad” et cetera, just because they think that playing to people’s shock over cigarettes is not especially interesting just purposefully “in your face”. That’s just the way I saw what guest 4 said.
I’d agree mostly with guest 5 though, I’m not that excited by the clothing choices.

lily has an american bf and had one for many months before this “editorial” was ever run. vlad has been out for over a year. congratulations. by manipulating an image to represent false material you have completely discredited yourself.
