First Look: Loomstate for Target
By Natalie Hormilla Friday, Mar 20, 2009 / 12:30 PM
We just got our hands on the Loomstate for Target lookbook and knew we had to share.
We won’t lie – it definitely comes off as a bit of a repeat of Rogan for Target, especially the leopard-ish print shorts (at left) that were the star of that Barneys shopping party last spring.
Of course, the big difference is that Loomstate’s clothes are all made of 100% organic cotton, meaning you can feel good about what you’re wearing and how much you spent, too.
Also, this line includes men’s clothes (shirts, shorts, etc), as opposed to Rogan/Target, which only had options for the girls.
So basically, it’s all about peace and love, people.

I’m not really seeing the repeat – isn’t that simply Loomstate’s style? What I can tell you is that the “T-Shirt Dress” looks incredibly soft. I’d like that now please.
Snoooooze!
hate the flip flops. pretty boring.
uhm… I bought look 15 at banana last year. They’re ripping off Banana Republic!?
Why is the guy’s stuff so much better than the girls? But I TOTALLY see the repeat of Rogan here. Many look identical to Rogan pieces I bought last year. Seems a bit lazy to me. . .
btw the shorts are pelican print
not leopard
Ugly AND boring! Next!!!
The only thing I could even…remotely see myself wearing are the color-block shorts, and that’s mostly because of the color. I love Target. I think they do great, great things. I usually like Loomstate. Honestly though? The clothing looks cheap [epecially for women! sorry ladies] and the entire thing reeks of Old Navy meets American Eagle. And that is NOT okay.
Oh my God, I would totally wear this stuff. If it was 2001 and I was in middle school again, I mean. That denim skirt…woof.
