Dear Fashionista,
The moment I saw this shirt I saw Alber. That rough handed sketch with dramatized eyelashes and heart-shaped lips scream Lanvin. The tee is called “The Crying Hearts,” because I’m sure there are Lanvin lovers everywhere crying their hearts out over this horrendous Forever 21 knock-off.
Long live Lanvin!
xoxo,
Madison

The Lavin version is way more cute. Anyways could you guys mabye also write the prices ? When you place Adventures in Copyright.
Definitely a knock-off… although to be fair, I owned a shirt just like this when I was about five.
Both ASOS and Topshop sold similar vests a couple of months ago
There was a Fashionista DIY of this top when Chloe Sevigney wore it last spring, wasn’t there? The F21 one is not cute-the tank top is made of this sad pale pink fabric that looks like it was white, but the red lips turned it pink in the wash.
At least forever 21 got the price right
So I’m wondering, if you did your DIY from last spring, are you committing a copyright infringement of your own?
Just asking.
As far as copyright goes, there is such a thing as a one-up. Which basically means your diy creation doesn’t infringe copyright if you’re taking some creative liberties. It’s when you start mass-producing and/or marketing that item that it could get to being a problem…i think.
both shirts are fug.
I’m with #5. But maybe that’s just because shirts with faces creep me out.
It’s like a fashion horror movie- “The Boobs Have Eyes”
Both are hideous and, frankly, I have more respect to whoever buys the F21 version…at least it’s cheaper.
I could…make this myself…
BRILLIANT!
Yeah, I’m sorry. I think the F21 version is much better because “the price is right.”
It would be ridiculous for me to pay someone else hundreds for almost an identical shirt.
I have a black bow I can tie on myself. Or take it off if I’m in the mood!
Don’t get me wrong, if I had the money to just throw away, I’d buy…nah…There’s other thing I could get instead of a tank top.
