Buy, Buy, Baby

Hello 80’s!

lilydress.jpgWe’re big fans of Sophomore and even bigger fans of t-shirt dresses.

So when Sophomore makes a t-shirt dress that even the non-models among us can wear, we probably want it. This aqua dress is eye-popping and the cut-outs are in a place we can actually rock—the shoulders.

We want to dance around to Blondie, with or without the yellow pumps. This way even if we can’t have Lily Rhodes’ (ie Lily van der Woodsen’s) wardrobe on tonight’s Gossip Girl throwback (yes, this is the third time we’ve mentioned it today, can you tell we’re excited?) we can dream.

Which makes us wonder, who’s the new Chuck?

I'm pretty sure it's Rhoades not Rose...

Anyone else think so?

I'm a little nervous about this '80's revolution we are having. I hear pink frosted lips are on their way back!

i thought that the 80's revolution was over? i mean its been going on for years, i'm kind of sick of it. i guess toronto is always ahead of new york trend wise but everything here is 90s meets 20s right now.

It's completely laughable that it costs $242. Anyone that knows about this line would also be saavy enough shoppers to just head straight to topshop or American Apparel. I could make that myself. Please!
