Target has announced its next accessories collaborator: Carlos Falchi.
This is the company’s eighth collaboration after successful ventures like those with Anya Hindmarch, Hayden-Harnett, and Botkier.
Falchi is definitely not a new name on the scene as he’s been making bags for about 30 years. His collections are all about serious leatherwork, color and texture. Think rich. Think luxury. And WWD reports that his Target line will follow suit in jewel tones made of faux snakeskin.
The 13 pieces will debut online and in stores on October 11th.
And it must be noted that his fan base has run the gamut from Jackie O to Tina Turner to Sienna Miller. He also used to create stage outfits for Mick Jagger and Elvis Presley.
What a mixed bag of inspiration. We like it.
