Revlon just named Jessica Biel their newest brand ambassador.
She joins a long list, including Jennifer Connelly, Elle MacPherson and Halle Berry and will eventually be shot for an international campaign and participate in all of Revlon’s charitable causes.
Initial thought? How does one land such a massive beauty contract when one does nothing but date an insanely successful guy? But WWD anticipated that question and explained that the actress does in fact have a few major movies coming out, one with Jake Gyllenhaal and another with Colin Firth.
And of course she’s busy playing “muse” to Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala. She’ll wear a custom William Rast gown to tonight’s ball – with Revlon lipstick?

While I think she is an attrative women all the way around and has an awesome body. I don’t really think she has the face for a makeup campaign.
Let’s hope her brand ambassador career doesn’t go the direction of her acting career. Although, I saw a pre-screening of Powder Blue and the parts where she didn’t speak were superb!

What? Really? She just doesn’t have the face for a beauty campaign, especially since she seems to be aging very fast.

mm i agree- she’s kind of a hottie but let’s not forget her career trajectory…i believe she posed in maxim or some such publication in order to get out of her contract with 7th heaven and wasn’t she in some baseball related abomination with freddie prinze jr.?
I wouldn’t say she’s really a standard choice to be the face of a major beauty campaign, but it’s kind of refreshing they are picking someone extremely athletic and healthy vs a stick thin model. She’s a great role model in terms of fitness and health in my opinion, maybe that’s the image they are going for?
Halle Berry, and Drew Berrymore aren’t stick thin either, and both have faces for makeup. As great as Jessica’s body is her face isn’t that great she’s adverage at best..she has small squinty eyes, large teeth, and a big forehead…her cheek bones are great though. And yes she does look older than her 20something years of age.
SHE’S GORGEOUS! She would fit any campaign, movie, fashion spread, or AD!!!!
